TGIF Body Shop was family founded in 1980 by Rich Mello. He brought his skills as an airplane mechanic, while serving in the military, to the collision repair world. Little did he know that one day, some vehicles would have more computers in them than some airplanes, making adherence to manufacturer repair procedures mandatory.
TGIF (To Get It Fixed), in case you forget the name), was founded on these three principles: Honesty, Integrity, and Customer Care. In today’s world that translates into focus on proper repair at a fair price, backing those repairs, and educating the consumer through the process.

FAQ
There is no need to get more than one estimate. An initial estimate is simply a starting point to the true cost of the repair, as we can only write what we see. Unless your damage is strictly cosmetic, the best process for a true cost of repair is to bring your vehicle in to expose the greatest extent of the damage which will give you a complete repair plan.
If you choose to get more than one estimate, they should be about the same amount. The only differences there might be are the labor rate, the approach to the repair, and whether new, used or aftermarket parts are being used. If you are confused over comparing estimates you have, we are pleased to go over them with you.
As stated above, unless the car is completely diagnosed, then more steps will be added to the repair. This is known as a supplement. Our customers are notified of any supplemented amounts, even if they are being billed to the insurance company.
TGIF Body Shop is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and by appointment only on Saturdays.
We offer a loaner car to customers who don’t have rental coverage for $20.00 per day. We encourage our customers to keep rental car coverage to their insurance plan as it is very cost effective.
We have the capability to offer 1 to 3 day repairs. We offer this service after we assess the damage to your vehicle and determine if we are able to complete the repair within three days. Please ask us about this service if you are interested.
TGIF Body shop is I-CAR certified, and our auto body technicians are trained and up-to-date on the latest technology in the automotive industry.
